Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned cookware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
